49 Neptuno is a privately owned modern self-catering holiday apartment located in the Marina d'Or holiday resort, Oropesa del Mar, in the Spanish province of Castellón on the Costa Azahar.

The apartment is situated on the first floor at the end of the building on the second line facing towards Marina d'Or beach. As such, the lounge is wider than normal and it has additional windows that overlook the communal pool.

The apartment comprises lounge/diner, kitchen, two bedrooms, en-suite bathroom, second bathroom, a spacious terrace, and underground car parking. The kitchen is complete with electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. There is heating and air conditioning in the lounge and main bedroom. A fan and electric heater are provided in the second bedroom. The apartment also has a DVD player and television. There is a lift to all floors.

The  communal pool (open June to September) has a separate children's pool and toilet facilities. There is also a children's play area at ground level. The apartment is located in a quiet position with the sandy beach only 250 metres away and all the other Marina d'Or holiday resort attractions are within a few minutes walk.

The apartment sleeps a maximum of six (two in each bedroom and two on the convertible settee in the lounge) and it is ideal for a family or two couples.
