There is a supplement of €250 for rentals over Easter and the Christmas periods.
Payment
A deposit of 20% is payable on booking and the balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. There is a 75 Euro reduction per week for second and subsequent weeks.
The price is fully inclusive of electricity, gas, bed linen, towels (not for use on the beach) and final cleaning of the apartment on departure. For rentals of more than 7 nights, a change of bed linen and towels will be provided at additional cost of 35 Euro payable locally on arrival. This must be requested at the time of booking.
A refundable deposit of 150 Euro against damage and breakages is required with final payment.

Preferred payment is in Euros and may be paid by bank transfer or PayPal. Payment is also accepted in pounds sterling and other currencies based on the exchange rate at the time of booking.
