49 Neptuno is a privately owned modern self-catering apartment located on the
fabulous Marina d'Or holiday resort in Oropesa del Mar, in the Spanish province
of Castellon on the Costa Azahar.
The apartment is situated on the first floor
at the end of the building facing towards the coast. As such, the lounge is
wider than normal and it has additional windows that overlook the
pool.
The apartment comprises lounge/diner, kitchen, two bedrooms, en-suite
bathroom, second bathroom, a spacious terrace, and underground car parking. The
kitchen is complete with electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher
and washing machine/dryer. There is heating and air conditioning in the lounge
and main bedroom. A fan and electric heater are provided in the second bedroom.
The apartment also has a DVD player and satellite television. There is a lift to
all floors.
The communal pool (open June to September) has a separate
childrens pool and toilet facilities. There is also a childrens play area at
ground level. The apartment is located in a quiet position with the beach only
250 metres away and all the other resort attractions are within a 10 minute
walking distance.
The apartment sleeps a maximum of six (two in each bedroom and
two on the convertible settee in the lounge) and it is ideal for a family or two
couples.
